This Privacy Policy explains how Checked. (“we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data when you use our website and submit our enquiry / waitlist form.

1. What data we collect

  • The email address you enter in our form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment details through this website.

  • Basic technical data needed to serve the website (for example, IP address held temporarily in server logs by our hosting provider).

2. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your email address to respond to your enquiry and to add you to our waitlist and send you updates about Checked. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR / UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are transmitted and stored through Framer’s form backend. Framer, our website host, acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data may be processed on infrastructure located inside and/or outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

We retain form submissions for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, after which they are deleted — unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with a legal obligation.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
